Ingredients
- 2 cups Tomato Juice
- 3 tablespoons Butter or other Fat
- 3 tablespoons Flour
- 1/2 cup grated sharp cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
Preparation
Heat the tomate juice in the upper part of the double boiler. Add the blended butter and flour. Stir until thickened, and cook about five minutes. Add the cheese and the salt and continue to stir until the cheese has melted. Serve over flaky rice.
