Name/Examples
Start with a long-list of players that have a stake in your targeted sytem change. Think about the milestones and who can put these in place, but also look in adjacent systems and check back with the problem tree – who else is affected? Which players do you already engage, which ones not (yet)?
Role
What role could the stakeholder play? List what valuable asset/capacity a partner can bring to the table.
Hook
What would hook this stakeholder in? List how you could get that player to join your cause. What's in it for them?
Importance
Rate this stakeholder's importance relative to your strategic priorities. Who should be your best allies?
